Sol 78 Images on Video
While Mars Helicopter Ingenuity firmly on the ground after a successful one trip Fifth Flight, Perseverance rover is active as ever with it’s local site observation. With it’s goal being an Astrobiologist, Rocks and Sands are all it take to be one. In Jezero crater there are lots of them…and what to do with them? Well, take picture of course.
Samples of various formations and sizes are abundantly available. Picking the right candidate for zoom in is somewhat challenging. Perseverance Rover have already spent almost 2,000 hrs on Mars since landing. Travelled 0.33 km (0.21 mi) on rocky terrain. It’s just on Sol 78 and still on the early phase of it’s mission. For the moment, let’s enjoy the view of what Sol 78 have to offer to us. Take a peek on the magnificent panorama and capture the authenticity of those, look’s like cobble stones.
