An “Ocean of Sand”… Jezero Crater on Mars was believed to be ancient lake. Being a body of water of it was supposed to be, sometime of its life probably teeming with life. It was the perfect landing spot for Perseverance rover and to sustain the mission of the exploration in search for traces of those life. Currently, Jezero Crater is barren, an eerie site to look at and mysterious in a way.
In this batch of raw images, we are going to view the endless dunes and rocky terrain Mars Perseverance Rover is making as its home, permanently, and doing as Science as much it can in the largest “petri dish” on an alien planet. A formation which been carved by volume and streams of water. Video below and enjoy!
